Yup, we’re in another motel. It’s only for a couple of nights so I don’t want to have something with loads of thread out. That’s why I’ve managed to get some work done on French Filigree.
I’ll get back into something else once we head back across the road for the remainder of our eviction. It should be only a week or so at most now. They have painted the ceilings (which are now flat) and half the bedroom has been wallpapered. I am so over motel living and can’t wait to get back home.

Wow, this is a really pretty piece and looks like you really need to concentrate on it.

It is a fun piece, but it does take a lot of concentration which is why I haven’t already finished it. It is nice to work with the silks in it as it’s like colouring in.
